The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), the American Diabetes Association (ADA), and the American Heart Association (AHA) have recognized many of our physicians for providing measurably outstanding care for our diabetic and cardiovascular patients through the Diabetes Physician Recognition Program (DPRP) and the Heart Stroke Recognition Program (HSRP).

We know that the complications of diabetes and cardiovascular disease can be devastating and that the proper preventative healthcare makes a big difference in your quality of life. Achieving recognition through the NCQA is a significant achievement for a physician. Only those doctors who follow strict guidelines, participate in a rigorous on-site review of key clinical and administrative processes and show measurably excellent clinical practices with their patients qualify for recognition.
