Physician Health Partners provides management services for three local independent physician associations and works with over 600 primary care and specialty providers. We also manage the hospital and specialty care for the Colorado Department of Corrections and the Colorado Division of Youth Corrections and Mental Health Institutes, through a statewide provider network. A key initiative we are currently focusing on is the adoption of electronic health records (EHR) by all of our affiliated physicians to allow for the easy exchange of medical information for patients, to decrease waste of repeated tests and services, and to improve health outcomes through the strategic use of these technologies.
