Provider Relations
The Provider Relations Department is the central source connecting providers with all of the resources at PHP. It serves as a liaison between physicians, health plans, and leadership. Provider Relations puts into practice our commitments to our providers, namely, to communicate patient information, technology, resources, and new programs in a way that is straightforward and user-friendly.
Provider Relations ensures that primary care physicians have the information, technology, and support to provide the right care, at the right time, in the right place for their patients.
