Ken was appointed as President and CEO of Physician Health Partners in 2010. He has extensive financial and leadership experience in the healthcare industry and is passionate about access for the Medicare and Medicaid populations.

VP of Government Programs

Colleen serves as our Medicaid executive for Colorado Community Health Alliance (CCHA). She also leads our Medicare Fee-for-Service programs, including the Medicare Shared Savings Program. Colleen has a passion for ensuring vulnerable populations have access to value-based care programs.

VP of Network Strategy and Growth

Abby helps drive strategy at Physician Health Partners, including physician network, contract management and marketing. Her expertise in business development throughout the healthcare continuum covers Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Commercial and Medicaid.

Chief Compliance Officer VP of Care Coordination

Heather is a leader in process improvement to maximize clinical outcomes, increasing operational and financial effectiveness. She designed and leads a robust compliance structure while using her background in social work to keep patient experience as a priority.

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Price oversees medical operations at Physician Health Partners, bringing considerable experience in value-based care. She is an engaged Geriatrician focused on improving the experience of patients, providers and stakeholders.

VP of Quality and Clinical Programs

Zula leads teams throughout the company focused on population health, practice transformation and data analytics. She focuses on public health and healthcare administration with experience in Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and commercial programs.
